I-57 Rib House® was founded in 1989. Our flagship store, at 1524 West 115th Street in Chicago, has been in continuous operation since that time and is going strong today. Look for the long line, the distinctive I-57 Rib House® logo, and the full parking lot and you’re in the right place!

The line is long because we make America’s best barbecue, bar none. Trust us, the food is worth the wait. The roster of celebrities who visit us when they are in Chicago to work, perform, or simply visit home is too long to list.
